Character Poses

I've done so many character poses I lost track! I also haven't uploaded any. I think poses are my favourite part of this project as they let you explore and communicate the characters personality. I think the penguins my favourite because of his props such as the monocle, the cane and the umbrella.

Child Design

I finished the character design for a walk cycle for Finlay Goodall's showreel. He tends to work with very detailed, anatomically correct characters so I thought I would do something different and give him something more simple and cartoon like.

Exterior Backgrounds.

These are just rough summations of the final compositions. They will need proper compositing before they can be in the final film, though I am happy with the painting.

Final Character line up

Finally all my characters are together in one place. I'm really happy with them all together. I like the range of proportions and shapes. This will also be useful for in situs and posses as I will know what sizes they are relative to each other.

Storyboard

I was happy with the transition. I liked the overall look of it and so decided to have the whole project done in this cut out style. These are the first three pages of my storyboard that are done so far. II estimate to have 12 or 13 sheets by the end, taking into account all my shots. I tried to go into as much detail as possible so I won't need to animate them much in premier later.
