I liked the look of the keys that I made out of paper so I decided to use this as the style of the sequence. I then began to see if it would be possible to construct all the shots.
One of the main problems with the colour script and old storyboard was that the shot depicting the page turn transition was not clear. So i drew a lot more pages turning at different points in the action to get something that communicated better. I also made a flat book and decided I liked that. After drawing the keys for the actual animation I decided to make them as well and preferred these to the drawn keys.
